About Collective Care Clinic

Collective Care Clinic, LLC, established in 2019, is a healthcare organization that was developed to meet the behavioral health needs of children, adolescents, and adults . Collective Care Clinic was formed to help individuals and families overcome the obstacles associated with depression, anxiety, trauma, learning difficulties, school refusal, chronic pain, and related conditions. Our scientifically proven assessment and treatment modalities have shown success in managing hard to treat conditions and improve our patients’ quality of life and satisfaction.

Our team of highly trained prescribers, psychologists, counselors, social workers, family therapists, medical staff, educators, and care providers have come together to meet the needs of our great community. We understand the needs of individuals and families who suffer from these challenges and we stand by our compassion for our community combined with our proven scientific approach to helping. Our mission is to collaboratively develop pathways toward holistic health for our patients and their families, together.

What Makes Us Unique

We provide specialty care that specifically targets the symptoms and situations that drive anxiety, depression, and related conditions. We also specialize in specific types of issues and have developed specialized treatment for each. Patients who establish their care with us can elect to have their treatment experience in our general programs (child, adolescent, and adult) or select specialized care based on their presenting issues. We collaborate with each patient to help identify the best approach to treatment and supporting each of our patients and their families.
We believe that all members of an individual’s treatment team must be experts in their respective field. This means that each individual who attends our programming will receive comprehensive assessment and treatment services by our experts. Our group therapists are trained in the art and practice of group therapy. Our primary therapists are highly skilled in the practice of individual and family therapy. Our assessment specialists are fully dedicated to the practice of comprehensive evaluations and our exposure therapists are extensively trained and fully dedicated to the practice of exposure therapy.
Oftentimes, conditions like anxiety and depression that do not respond to traditional treatment methods and require more comprehensive care. At Collective Care we find that having a team of specialists to meet the unique needs of the person and/or family that we serve is the best method for managing conditions that have not resolved in other settings.
Collective Care is devoted to the best care possible. We use the most up-to-date, evidence-based outcome assessment measures that focus on symptoms, quality of life, and patient satisfaction. We also value the opinions of our patients and look closely at the experience they have during their time with us. We collect data on all of our programs to show their effectiveness and identify any gaps that may be present in our methods.

We work diligently with individuals and families to provide an understanding of insurance benefits, support a leave of absence or family medical leave, stay up-to-date on medications, and provide support in helping to alleviate obstacles that would otherwise stand in the way of treatment.

Collective Care Clinic is fully dedicated to using the gold standard of assessment and treatment for our patients and their families. This includes using the most up-to- date research and scientific evidence to directly inform our practices.
Collective Care Clinic provides a full range of services at the outpatient level of care. This includes partial hospitalization programming, intensive outpatient programming, and individual and family outpatient treatment. This results in continuity of care where patients and fa milies can have all of their treatment needs met in one facility.
Collective Care Clinic provides state of the art treatment programming at all levels of outpatient care. Oftentimes, this type of care exists in hospital-based settings. We provide this equivalent programming in the comfort of a clinic setting without the hospital environment. Our goal is to keep individuals out of hospital and residential settings. Our outcomes in our intensive outpatient programming show equivalent results to the gold standard of residential treatment. At Collective Care we want our families to stay connected and complete treatment together.
